80% Grenache, 17% Syrah, 3% Mourvèdre. Matured for 12 months in tanks and oak foudres. Certified organic (AB Agriculture Biologique, FR-BIO-01) and biodynamic (Biodyvin). Tank/cask sample. Tasted blind. An engaging nose with plenty of interest, dark fruits, graphite and crushed plums. Layered, fresh with soft and rounded tannins, spice and a rich textured finish.
